"Order came exactly as expected"
I got my order from maxgaming.com and everything was spot on. No missing items, nothing swapped out, and it all matched what I actually picked. I’ll admit, I kind of expected there might be some catch or a little mix-up hidden in the process, but nope, it was straightforward and exactly what I wanted. Happy with the purchase.

"Way more keyboards than I thought"
I went in thinking there’d be like two or three keyboard options, but there were actually a ton. I only needed one, which somehow made it harder because the selection was good. Nice surprise overall.

"Got it eventually, but had to chase things up"
The order seems legit and I did get my stuff in the end, but it wasn’t exactly smooth. Support took a while to get back to me, and the tracking updates were confusing. I felt like I had to do extra work just to figure out where my package was, which was annoying. Overall, it worked out, but I’m still kind of mixed about the experience

"Smooth delivery from MaxGaming"
Ordered from maxgaming the delivery was really solid. I got updates along the way and the package showed up right when it said it would, which was nice because I was kind of expecting some delay or, anyway, no weird issues at all. Everything was packed well too. Happy with the whole thing and I’d definitely order again.

"Preorder arrived, but I felt a bit ignored"
I preordered an item from Max Gaming and it did eventually show up, so I’ll give them credit for that. But the wait ended up being longer than I expected, and the lack of updates made it frustrating. I felt like I was just left hanging and had to keep checking myself to figure out what was going on. The packaging was fine and the product was in good condition when it arrived, so there were no issues there. It wasn’t a terrible experience, but the preorder communication could definitely be clearer. 3 stars feels about right.

"Fast delivery and a solid experience"
My order showed up quicker than I expected, which was a nice surprise. The only thing was that the tracking took a little while to update, so I wasn’t totally sure where it was at first. Still, it arrived safely and everything was fine. as long as a company follows through and gets the order to you as promised, that counts for a lot in my book. Overall, I’m happy with it.

I got tracking updates quickly after placing my order, and for the most part it was easy to follow where the package was. Delivery did take a little longer than I expected, but it wasn’t anything too bad. The only thing that confused me was the last tracking step, since it didn’t update as soon as I thought it would. Overall though, I’m happy with my experience with MaxGaming.

"Finally, an order that arrived the way it should"
My order from maxgaming.com showed up really well packed, that’s how every company should be doing it. The product was in perfect condition when it arrived, no dents on the box, no scratches, nothing messed up. Everything looked brand new like it was supposed to. I’m happy with MaxGaming, but annoyed that so many other places can’t seem to manage basic packaging properly...

I finally found the mousepad I wanted at Max Gaming when pretty much everywhere else had it sold out. The site made it clear what was in stock, and it showed up fine with no issues. I mean, yeah, a few colors were still missing, but that’s not really their fault if those are hard to get. Overall, they had way better availability than I expected.

"Prices Were Higher Than I Expected?!"
I was checking out maxgaming.com for a keyboard and mouse, the prices felt high compared to other shops I looked at?! A few items seemed okay, but most of the stuff I found had better deals elsewhere, even after adding shipping. The site itself is fine and easy enough to use, but I don’t think I’d buy from there unless there was a really big sale. Just not cheap enough for me.

The item itself worked fine, so no real complaints there. But the box showed up crushed and barely taped together, which made the whole thing feel careless. It was frustrating because getting it opened and checking everything felt like way more steps than it should’ve been, just to make sure nothing was damaged.

"Easy site to use, just a small thing"
I’ve used maxgaming a few times now, and overall it’s been a smooth experience. The website is easy to get around, the filters actually work well, and I was able to find mouse and keyboard stuff without digging around forever. The only small complaint I have is that some product pages could maybe use a bit more detail, just so you don’t have to double-check things elsewhere. But checkout was simple, everything loaded fine on my phone, and it’s nice when an online shop just works without making the whole process annoying.

Ordered a mousepad from maxgaming to my country and it went smoother than I expected. The tracking updated normally the whole way and it showed up in about a week, with no strange delays or anything. I did message support just to check if the tracking was accurate, and they basically said something like, “Yep, it’s on the way and the updates should show soon,” which was pretty much what happened. The box had a small bump on one corner, but the mousepad inside was completely fine. Shipping price felt fair too. I’d order from them again.

"Good return experience, even though I was conflicted"
I had to return a mouse, which bugged me a bit because I usually stick with this brand and really wanted it to work out. The return process ended up being smoother than I expected though. The instructions were clear, and support got back to me after about a day. The refund took a little while, but it wasn’t anything ridiculous. Overall, it was a good experience, just not totally perfect

I reached out for help with a warranty issue, but the whole process was slow. I felt like I was mostly being ignored instead of kept in the loop. I get that things can take time, but a little communication would’ve made a big difference.
